You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel it to qualify for a full refund.
After the cancellation, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Regular or in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
Once the items are shipped, we are not responsible for the order. Please always double-check your address before placing your order to make sure it's correct. We are not responsible for the items lost in the mail. It is the customer's responsibility to track their orders when they receive the tracking number.
Please allow 7-15 business days for PREORDER items to be shipped out to you. After items have been shipped, you will receive your order within 1-3 business days. You will also receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
